The course will be adapted to your printer (based on EPSON) and your basic knowledge. It will also be possible to differentiate it into 3 different qualification levels:

1) Print operator

This first level will allow you to master all the features of your printer. We will cover techniques relating to printing on different media, machine maintenance and the use of the RIP software.

2) Printing technician

Beyond the topics of the first level, the second level of our training covers all aspects of printing, including advanced maintenance, replacement of essential parts and components. In addition, we will guide you in the preparation of print files, for complete mastery.

3) Printing technology

Our third level of training offers you in-depth expertise in all aspects of printing, covering the topics of the previous two levels with a particular focus on advanced file preparation. By choosing this level, you will also benefit from comprehensive training on the most common faults and repairs associated with printers.

Once the course is completed, our support continues via phone. Our technicians will be available for six months to guide you, provide you with information and necessary updates.

Regardless of the level chosen, we will provide you with the most suitable software for your printer (RIP, reset, etc.) if necessary. In addition, you will have exclusive access to our channels for purchasing the best products and spare parts at advantageous prices.

The duration of the course, personalized according to your needs, varies from 2 to 7 days for total immersion.

At the end of the training (including theoretical and practical teaching with progressive assessment), you will receive an official HMR expert certificate relating to the course taken.
